Ardsallagh soft goats cheese is a white cheese with a creamy texture. This cheese has a gentle flavour as it is made daily from fresh goats milk.
Our multi-award winning soft cheese is handmade in our dairy using a slow traditional method. We produce a very soft and creamy cheese and sell the cheese fresh to preserve the mild taste that our customers love.
